Panhellenic Delegate (2019-2020)
A Panhellenic delegate acts as a liaison between their individual sororities and the Panhellenic Executive Council. Attending biweekly meetings, serving on committees and volunteering to step in where needed, Panhellenic delegates help direct their sororities toward working together as a Panhellenic community. In this role I:
• Facilitated a positive Panhellenic experience for the largest Alpha Chi Omega chapter in the United States.
• Aligned traditional chapter activities with expectations of Alpha Chi Omega Headquarters and university guidelines and expectations.
• Collaborated with campus officials to improve safety measures surrounding Bryant-Denny Stadium construction.
• Met with recruitment chairs and proposed amendment to the recruitment rules.
• Visually enhanced the Greek Point flyer to increase participation and understanding of events for chapter members.

Proposal to Revise the 2020 Recruitment Rules
Homecoming Director (2019)
I managed 375 college women to work together over six weeks in various athletic and artistic competitions. My event management and planning for homecoming resulted in Alpha Chi Omega placing first in five of the seven categories and winning the annual homecoming competition.
